Our dog got skunked last night. Our friend B and son J came for the weekend. A few bottles got emptied. I made my world-famous chicken pasta sauce, which, need I say, is excellent with red wine. Last night J took the dog out, he chased something, and got skunked. I dug out a recipe for deskunking ewhich consists mostly of peroxide and bicarb. It worked, mostly. He still has a slight skunk odor, but not bad.
Things are pretty quiet on the gorilla front. Probably setting me up for a bad session.

Poor Rollo!
This seems to be the weekend for smelly dogs -- mine wallowed in a stream and came out covered with some very fine richly decomposing forest silt.
